While previously, they were staying in Lokhandwala, the Kapoor family has now moved and shifted to the duplex apartment in Bandra last year. The house has been designed like the space they owned in Green Acres, Lokhandwala Complex, where the actress’ mother late Sridevi lived.
The actress recently came to the show Asian Paints Where The Heart Is Season 7 to show her house.
Janhvi Kapoor mentioned in the show that the house has given all of them a fresh start in many ways. She added that, although Sridevi had never been to this house, her energy is felt everywhere.
The house has a small garden with trees and water fountain opens outside. This is a perfect place where the family members spend their morning.

Sticking to the neutral palate, the sofa and couch are greyish white with centre tables made of glass in the living room. Opting for a neo-classical look, Janhvi Kapoor’s house is made of marble, giving them a lot of options to experiment.
Also, a combination of silver and gold has been extensively used in the house.

The family sold four flats for a total of Rs 12 Cr. While two flats were registered on October 12, 2023, that had a super-built of 1,614.59 square feet and two parking areas, two flats were registered on November 2, 2023, that had a super-built of 1,870.57 square feet and one parking.
