January 2, 2024: Actor John Abraham has invested over Rs 75 crore in a 13,138 sqft bungalow in Bandra’s Linking Road, mention documents accessed by IndexTap.com.
According to Indextap.com, John Abraham paid a stamp duty of Rs 4.25 crore and Rs 70.83 crore to the seller, in this transaction.
Named ‘Nirmal Bhavan’, the property includes a two- storey bungalow spreading over 5,416 sqft and an open land area of 7,722 sqft.
John Abraham, in addition to being a producer and fitness enthusiast, has also made several investments in real estate. His father is an architect and has designed several celebrity homes under his company Abraham John Architects. John Abraham currently lives in a sea-facing penthouse in Hiten Apartments, Bandra West.
