Indian cricketer KL Rahul and his actor wife Athiya Shetty have bought an apartment for Rs 20 crore in Pali Hill, Bandra, mention documents accessed by IndexTap.com.
According to the documents accessed by IndexTap.com, the property is spread across 3,350 sqft and is located on the second floor of Sandhu Palace Building. The property comes with four parking spaces. The couple have paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.2 crore and a registration fees of Rs 30,000 towards the property. It was registered on July 15, 2024.
Sandhu Palace Building is a G plus 18- floor building that has received a partial occupation certificate from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
Pali Hill in Bandra is where many celebrities from the Indian film industry reside. Late actor Dilip Kumar’s bungalow in Pali Hill went into redevelopment last year. Also, actor Aamir Khan owns properties in Pali Hill including his latest purchase in Bella Vista apartments last month. All of his properties are in Virgo Co-operative Housing Society that consists of Bella Vista apartments and Marina apartments. These buildings are expected to go into redevelopment later this year.
