October 25, 2023: Real estate developer Kalpataru, has launched Kalpataru Aria, a premium plotted community in Karjat.
With a strong emphasis on sustainability, the project is divided into four sectors with sector 1 covering 18.25 acre, sector 2 spanning 27.54 acre, sector 3 extending over 32 acre and sector 4 encompassing 10 acre of this plotted bungalow community. The project incorporates eco-friendly practices like flora conservation, rainwater recharge pits and organic waste composting. According to the company statement, the project features 30+ nature-inspired amenity zones, with a standout feature being the inclusion of a Miyawaki forest.
Kalpataru Aria is located along the Karjat-Khopoli Road and is around a 1.5-hour drive from Mumbai, 45 minutes from Thane and an hour’s journey from Pune. Nearby projects like Navi-Mumbai SEZ, Maha-Mumbai SEZ, International airport at Panvel, Rewas-Aware Port and the Mumbai-Pune expressway are boosting Karjat’s appeal in residential real estate.
