Kapil Dev invests Rs 8 crore in 16-acre land in Karjat

The transaction was registered on February 9, 2024.

February 12, 2024: Former captain of the Indian Cricket Team, Kapil Dev has invested in a 16-acre land in Mograj Village in Karjat, Maharashtra. 

The land has been purchased from Mohan Gaikar, a farmer in Hedavali for around Rs 8 crore, according to a TOI report.  The report mentioned that Kapil Dev paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.03 crore for the transaction. The property was registered on February 9, 2024. 

The ToI report further mentioned that the land is spread is on both sides of the road and is around 500 m from the Kothimbe Village.
