Popular actor Karan Kundrra performed a Griha Pravesh puja on September 25, 2023, at his newly purchased apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra, according to media reports. Karan bought the sea-facing house in April-May 2022. The actor performed the puja and entered his new home on Ganesh Chaturthi. The actor shared several videos and photos from the Griha Pravesh puja ceremony.

According to a TOI report, the flat is located on the 12th floor of the high-rise tower, 81 Aureate in Bandra West. The building has 81 apartments across 26 floors. The value of the property is around Rs 20 crore.

In 2022, cricketer Prithvi Shaw purchased a premium residential apartment in the same building in Bandra Reclamation for Rs 10.5 crore.
According to an HT report, Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor recently sold his 4,364 sqft apartment on the 19th floor of the 81 Aureate building for Rs 16 crore. He had purchased a 4-BHK sky villa for around Rs 20-23 crore.
In September 2023, actor Sonakshi Sinha purchased an apartment in the same tower for Rs 11 crore, located on the 26th floor. She also owns another apartment on the 16th floor of the 81 Aureate that she purchased in March 2020.
