Actor Kartik Aryan has bought a 1,916 sqft apartment for Rs 17.50 crore in Juhu, Mumbai, show documents accessed by IndexTap.com.
The actor bought the property on the second floor of the Siddhi Vinayak Building, Presidency CHSL. The property has two parking units. This is the same building where his family stays on the eighth floor.
The documents for the property were registered on June 30, 2023. Kartik Aryan paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore for this deal. It was done by the actor’s mother Mala Tiwari on behalf of him.
In January 2023, Kartik Aryan had rented an apartment spread across 3,681 sqft in the Praneta Apartments, Juhu Tara Road, from actor Shahid Kapoor for a period of three years. The rent for the first year is Rs 7.5 lakh per month.
