To be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must satisfy the following requirements:

The parents of the pupils must have at least six months of service at Beedi, iron ore manganese & chrome ore mines, limestone & dolomite mines. This includes contract/Gharkhata (home-based) employees as well.

• Regardless of the salary they receive, Mineworkers who perform manual, unskilled, highly skilled, and clerical work are eligible for all labour benefit organisation welfare schemes.
• Subject to a monthly salary maximum of Rs.10,000, individuals in supervisory and administrative positions are eligible to participate in a variety of benefit programs.
• The applicant must have passed the most recent qualifying exam on the first try. However, students who have been promoted to the following class are also eligible to apply for the aforementioned awards.
• The scholars who pursue their studies via correspondence are ineligible.
• Candidates for scholarships must have been admitted to recognised institutions in India for any general or technical education program, including medical, engineering, and agricultural courses, on a regular basis. However, the following categories of students are not eligible for scholarship awards under the program:

1. Students who have completed one level of school and are now studying a different subject at the same level. B.Sc. after B.A. or B.A. after B.Com., or M.A. in one topic after M.A. in another.
2. Students who, after completing their studies in one professional field, continue their education in a different field, e.g. L.L.B. after B.T. or B.Ed.
3. The educational institution must be government or government-recognised.
4. Students who receive grants or stipends from any other source are ineligible for this program.

The granted scholarship is subject to cancellation in the following instances:

• a. If it is determined that the scholar obtained the scholarship by making fraudulent assertions, the scholarship will be revoked.
• b. If the recipient of a scholarship abandons his or her studies, the scholarship will be terminated as of the date of such abandonment.
• c. If the scholar changes the subject or institution of study for which the scholarship was initially provided without the prior approval of the Welfare Commissioner.
• d. During the academic year for which the scholarship was awarded, the scholarship will be revoked if the student fails to show adequate academic progress, has erratic attendance, or is guilty of misconduct.
• e. If the parent(s) of the student no longer works at Beedi/Mine.

The scholar should maintain an independent bank account. In the case of a Joint Account, the Scholar’s first name should be used. Multiple children of the same worker must also provide a unique bank account number. Each Student is needed to provide a unique mobile number.

To be eligible for this scholarship, the candidate must provide the following materials:

• Photo
• Copy of the worker’s identity card (Form B register number in case of mineworkers).
• Copy of the front page of the Bank Pass Book or cancelled cheque (which should include account holder/beneficiary information).
• Certificate or mark sheet of previous academic year
• Certificate of income issued by the Revenue Authority

• The directions will appear on the screen.
• Check the declaration box.
• Select the “Continue” button.
• Enter all relevant information.
• Enter your name, date of birth, cell phone number, gender, email address, bank information, etc.
• Enter the verification code
• Select “Register” from the menu.
• You must now log in using your credentials.
• Select the selection Application Form
• The application form will appear on the display.
• Include information such as the state of residence, name of the student, date of birth, community/category, father’s name, Aadhaar card number, mobile number, scholarship category, gender, religion, mother’s name, annual family income, email address, etc.
• Select “Save and Continue”
• Upload the required files.
• Select “Final Submission”
• The application form will be submitted successfully.
