January 2, 2024: Realty developer Man Infra Construction (MICL) will be responsible for redevelopment of actor Aamir Khan’s Bandra property, where he resides. The work on this project starts mid- 2024. The project will be redeveloped by Atmosphere Realty, a joint venture (JV) between Wadhwa Group, MICL and Chandak.
According to media reports, under the redevelopment project, construction of around 50,000 sqft of saleable area is planned to work towards a revenue of Rs 500 crore. The project will include development of 4 and 5 BHK apartments.
The property – Virgo Co-operative Housing Society has two buildings- Bella Vista and Marina Apartments that will go for redevelopment. There are a total of 24 units in the society of which nine flats belong to Aamir Khan. The society is spread over 0.8 acre.
