Mangalam Group on September 21, 2023, announced an investment of Rs 200 crore in a new residential project Manglam Rambagh. Located in Jagatpura, Jaipur, this luxury gated township is spread across 2.2 acre and offers 114 flats spanning six floors. The project offers 3 and 4-BHK flats as well as 5 and 6-BHK penthouses, with sizes ranging between 2,370 sqft and 6,120 sqft. The prices of its Vastu-compliant flats and penthouses range between Rs 1.38 crore and Rs 3.73 crore. Manglam Group is expected to generate Rs 100 crore in sales from this project by March 2024 and an additional Rs 90 crore by March 2025. The project is expected to be completed by December 2024.
Manglam Rambagh features a 700-square yard (sqyd) garden area and a 1.66-acre clubhouse. The project offers good connectivity to Jaipur’s key areas, including Malviya Nagar, Tonk Road, Sitapura Industrial Area and Ramchandrapura Industrial Area. Additionally, it is situated in close proximity to the 7-number bus stand (1.3 km), NRI Circle (1.5 km), Jaipur International Airport (8 km) and St. Mary’s School (200 metre).
Manglam Rambagh is equipped with personal electric vehicle charging points and centralised DTH and optical fibre cables. It offers a 3-tier security system encompassing RFID technology, Boom Barriers, the My Gate app and security guards stationed at entry, exit and throughout the project campus. Each flat is allocated a minimum of two reserved car parking spots, contributing to a total of 250 reserved parking spaces.
