How to pay Manikonda property tax online?

Before paying property tax in Manikonda, make sure you have details, such as the correct property tax identification number, or door number, and bank details.

  • Click on ‘Pay Your Tax Online’ link.

  • Enter Property Tax Information (PTI) number, Property Tax Identification Number (PTIN), or ASMT. Click on ‘Know Property Tax Dues’ button.

  • Users can also pay their property tax through door number by clicking on ‘Property Tax Payment By Door No’.
  • Choose the district, ULB, PTIN number and door number from the dropdown. Click on ‘Get Property Details’ button to proceed.

Property taxpayers can get their PTIN number using information, such as district, ULB, merged GP, and new ULB assessment number on the official CDMA website. 

 

How to pay Manikonda property tax offline?

One can pay his Manikonda Property Tax offline by visiting the municipality office. Taxpayers should keep the required documents with them. They must approach the designated official and complete the payment in cash, by cheque, etc.

 

Manikonda property tax late payment penalty

Property taxpayers who fail to pay the Manikonda property tax on or before the last date are required to pay a penalty for delayed payment. If they clear their property tax dues by the designated deadline, they will be eligible for a rebate equivalent to 5% of the total amount.

Property mutation refers to the process of recording the change in ownership in municipal records. Once the transfer of the property is completed, the municipal registry is updated with the new owner’s name. One can apply for the Manikonda property tax mutation process online:

  • Go to the official Manikonda Municipality website, manikondamunicipality.telangana.gov.in. 
  • Click on ‘Mutations’ under ‘Online Services’.

  • Users will be redirected to the CDMA website, emunicipal.telangana.gov.in.
  • Click on ‘Mutations’. Select ‘Apply Here: Mutations Click Here’.

  • Enter the valid mobile number. Click on ‘Send OTP’ to access the mutation form.

  • Provide details in the mutation form. Submit the required documents in the prescribed format. Click on ‘Submit’ button.
  • The application ID will be displayed on screen. An SMS will be sent to the applicant.
  • Once the form is verified and approved, the applicant will receive the payment link through SMS.
  • Upon the payment of the mutation fees, the mutation form will be submitted successfully.
