July 24, 2023: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) and Chadha Developers announce the public private partnership (PPP) lottery for the EWS- ‘100 Acres Mega City lottery Scheme 7’. This is under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) and 1,000 units of 1BHK at Chadha Residency, Vangani will be given away.
The scheme opened on May 8, 2023 and closed on July 17, 2023. The lucky draw for this MHADA lottery under PPP was held on July 20, 2023. You can download the Scheme 7 winner list from the Mhada Scheme 7 lottery website.

Previously, the last date for the lottery application was July 11, 2023 and the lucky draw was to be held on July 15, 2023.
Located at Vangani near Badlapur station, Chadha Residency is spread across 100 acre. The project is located 10 minutes from the Vangani railway station.
The original cost of the 1 BHK at Chadha Residency is Rs 15,49,000. After deducting the PMAY subsidy of Rs 2,50,000, the cost of the 1BHK comes to Rs 12,99,000. The Maha RERA registration of the project under the lottery is P51700028831.
As the lottery announced is only for the EWS segment, people with monthly income less than Rs 25,000 can only apply. EWS applicants can log on to https://lottery2021.in/ to participate in the lottery. To participate, an application fee of Rs 5,000 has to be paid. This will be refunded within 7 days for unsuccessful applicants of the MHADA PPP lottery.
Additionally, according to the PMAY scheme guidelines, lottery beneficiaries should not own a home anywhere else in India.
