March 5, 2024: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Pune Board’s First Come First Serve (FCFS) scheme has been extended till May 11, 2024. Under this Mhada lottery Pune 2023 scheme, 2,383 units will be given away. The registration of the Mhada Pune Board’s FCFS scheme started on September 5, 2023. The application forms will be accepted till May 11, 2024.

With this extension, applicants can now submit their forms till May 11, 2024, 23:59 PM. The last date for online payment is May 11, 2024, 23:59 PM. However, people opting for RTGS can make payment till May 13, 2024, 23:59 PM.
The dates with respect to publish of draft list, final list, lucky draw and refund is not yet announced by the Mhada Board.Â

- Next, login to the Mhada portal with username and password and fill the application form.Â
