  • Choose Mhada Mumbai Lottery 2025 and enter details such as scheme code, your bank account details and acknowledge the undertaking that you or your immediate family members do not own any other property in the city.

  • If you surrender the tenement before issue of final provisional offer letter (POL), then you will get your earnest money deposit (EMD) amount refunded.
  • If you surrender the tenement after receiving of POL letter, 10 % of the EMD gets deducted and the remaining EMD will be refunded to you.
