March 1, 2024: Starting today, the Mhada Mumbai Board will e-auction 173 commercial shops in Mumbai. The Mhada e-auction will start from 11 AM. The shops are located in Tunga, Powai, Mill (others), Gavanpada, Mulund, Magathane, Kandivali, Pratikshanagar Shiv, Bibinsarnagar, Goregaon, Charkop, Malvani.

Interested participants can log on to https://eauction.mhada.gov.in and click on login.
Click on New Bidder Registration to register. Then enter username, password, captcha and click on Login.
Mhada e-auction 2024: Online application fees
Cost of the online application is Rs 5,000 + Rs 900 (18%) GST
E-auction processing fee
Rs 1,000 + Rs 180 (18% GST)
