Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 extended till March 5

The lucky draw will be held on March 20.

February 15, 2024: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Nashik Board has extended the online application submission dates for the ongoing Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 till March 5.

Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 schemes

There are five schemes under this lottery namely:

  • Flats under Mhada Nashik Mandal
  • Flats under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)
  • Nashik 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme ( on rolling basis)
  • Nashik 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme ( on FCFS basis)
  • Flats under First Come First Serve Scheme

Number of units in Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 

  • Around 311 units will be given away under the Nashik FCFS scheme
  • Over 69 will be allotted through the PMAY
  • The remaining units will be distributed among the other lottery schemes.

The applications for the Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 started on January 11, 2024 and will be accepted till March 5, 2024. The lucky draw of the Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 will be held on March 20, 2024.

The flats available under the Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 will be between 300 sqft to 600 sqft. The units start from Rs 58,000 as per the Mhada Nashik lottery 2024 advertisement.
