Lokhandwala Kataria Construction’s landmark project at Mahalakshmi ‘Minerva’, India’s tallest luxury skyscraper with 91 floors, will soon launch the ‘Vantage Series’ residences Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has been appointed as the project marketing consultant for the upcoming project. Having a saleable area of 11.6 lakh square feet, the balance inventory is expected to have a revenue potential of Rs 1,500 crore. Minerva is financed by India bulls Housing Finance Ltd and PAG, an APAC-focused investment firm.
The to be launched ‘ Vantage series’ of this project starts from the ‘54th’ floor onwards of the 300 metre high-rise and offers 4 BHKs with private sundecks, spacious living rooms and expansive bedrooms.
The project offers 372 apartments and has received part-OC upto 51st floor with more than 200 homebuyers to be moving in soon. The project’s rehabilitation component is also nearing completion.
