How to search for a property on the MP Housing Board portal?

Users can conveniently search for properties online using the MP Housing Board (MPHB) website. To initiate a property search on the MP Housing Board Portal, follow these steps- 

Step 1: Visit the MP Housing Board website at https://www.mphousing.in/Default.aspx 

Step 2: Locate the Search property option on the homepage. 

Step 3: Input the Location, district, Type of house (house, flat, plot, shop, office, other) and Subtype (HIG, LIG or MIG). 

Step 4: Click on the ‘Search’ button, and the property details will be displayed on the screen.

 

How to apply for schemes on the MP Housing Board?

The citizens of Madhya Pradesh can avail themselves of affordable housing schemes rolled out regularly. Online applications for these schemes are accepted through the website. Follow the below-listed steps to apply for the currently running housing scheme on the MP Housing Board website:

  1. Visit the official website of the MP Housing Board (MPHB).
  2. Navigate to the Running Scheme section.
  3. Browse through the running housing schemes on display.
  4. Click the “Go to the Link” option if the scheme is open for application.
  5. Fill out the online registration form that appears.
  6. Click “Auto-fill form” if you want some details filled automatically.
  7. Provide your mobile number and enter the OTP received to proceed.
  8. Click the “Fill New Form” button to complete the form yourself.
  9. Fill in all the necessary details such as name, Father’s name, Annual Income, Annual income of Joint Applicant (If any), Third Joint Applicant, Gender, date of birth, Marital status, Annual Income, ID Proof, ID Number, name of the nominee, relation with the nominee, caste reservation status, place of application, PAN card number, Domicile status, Address details, bank details, loan details, etc.
  10. Upload the photos of all the applicants.
  11. Accept the terms and conditions by checking the box.
  12. Click on the continue button to proceed.
  13. Make the requisite payment towards the application fee on the next page, and your application for the housing scheme will be submitted successfully.

 

How to register on the MP Housing Board portal as a new user?

To access the services offered by the MP Housing Board (MPHB) online, it is necessary to sign up as a new user on the portal. The steps to do so are as follows: 

Step 1: Visit the MP Housing Board website at https://www.mphousing.in/Default.aspx. 

Step 2: Select the ‘Allottee Portal – Online Payment and Online Services’ option on the homepage. 

Step 3: You will be taken to a new window at https://mphidbonline.in/public/allotteeportal/FrmAllotteeLogin.aspx. 

Step 4: Click the ‘New User (Sign Up)’ button on the left-hand side. 

Step 5: A form will appear, where you should enter details such as your name, date of birth, allottee number, mobile number, email ID and PAN number. 

Step 6: Once you have entered the required details, click on the ‘Register’ button. This will complete your registration process, and you will be ready to use the services offered by the MPHIB website.

 

How to pay online on the MP Housing Board portal?

To pay online for services, citizens can use the online payment portal the board provides. The following steps should be followed to complete the online payment process:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the MP Housing Board at https://www.mphousing.in/Default.aspx.

Step 2: Click the “Allottee Portal- Online Payment and Online Services” button on the home page.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new window at https://mphidbonline.in/public/allotteeportal/FrmAllotteeLogin.aspx.

Step 4: If the allottee’s mobile number and property details still need to be registered, they must get them registered at the relevant land record office.

Step 5: If the mobile number and property details are registered, the allottee can choose to pay online or offline through a bank.

Step 6: For online payment, proceed with Quick Pay using Net banking, Credit card, Debit Card, Wallet or UPI payment methods.

Step 7: For offline payment, take a print of the Pay In Slip from the portal and visit the nearest bank to make payment using NEFT/RTGS modes.

Step 8: Log in to the MP Housing Board portal and update your UTR number to confirm your online payment.

 

How to transfer a property at MP Housing Board?

If you want to transfer a property in Madhya Pradesh, you can do so through the MP Housing Board. The following steps are involved in transferring a property:

Step 1: Register yourself on the MP Housing Board website.

Step 2: Both the buyer and the seller have to submit several documents, including an Application letter with photographs, an application for a registration form, a Joint affidavit of seller and buyer, a copy of the registry (both buyer and seller), ID card of both buyer and seller and application fee.

Step 3: The Estate Manager or Assistant Estate Manager will conduct a physical inspection after the documents are submitted.

Step 4: The parties have to pay the due charges.

Step 5: The department will upload the advertisement for objection.

Step 6: In case of any objections, the officer will make necessary corrections.

Step 7: The parties have to submit the transfer fee, and a certificate of transfer will be generated.

It is important to note that the entire property transfer process takes approximately 50 days to complete.
