Naredco introduces the new Tamil Nadu Chapter

Gnanasehar has assumed the role of president of the newly formed Naredco Tamil Nadu Chapter.

April 4, 2024: The National Real Estate Development Council (Naredco), a real estate body that works under the aegis of India’s ministry of housing and urban affairs, has announced the establishment of its newest chapter, Naredco Tamil Nadu. Under the leadership of Gnanasehar as president, along with a team of professionals, the newly elected body is poised to spearhead initiatives that will promote best practices and ensure regulatory compliance within the real estate industry.

The newly formed Naredco Tamil Nadu chapter aims to establish robust connections with authorities like the town planning department, RERA and local bodies and promote collaboration among real estate stakeholders to effectively address the concerns of all involved parties.

G Hari Babu, national president of Naredco, said, “The formation of Naredco Tamil Nadu Chapter underscores our commitment to cater to the diverse needs and challenges of the real estate sector at the regional level. We are confident that under the able leadership of Mr. Gnanasehar, the chapter will play a pivotal role in advancing the interests of the real estate community while contributing to the socio-economic development of Tamil Nadu.”

Gnanasehar, President of Naredco Tamil Nadu Chapter, said, “It is indeed a privilege to lead the Naredco Tamil Nadu Chapter and work towards advancing the interests of the real estate fraternity in the state. The newly elected body of the Naredco Tamil Nadu Chapter comprises several experienced professionals. While Gnanasehar assumes the role of president, V. Shankar will serve as the general secretary. GR Venkatesh will take on the position of the executive vice president and Vijay Reddy is appointed as the treasurer. Additionally, the governing council members include Eswar Chitturi, V. Murugesan and R Venkatesan.

Naredco  presently maintains state chapters across Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Delhi and Uttarakhand.
