- You can check details online by log in https://nilamagal.py.gov.in/. Click on the settlement copy.
- You will reach here:
- Select region, taluk, and village from dropdown box. Select land type, and search type. Enter Patta number, or RS/TS number based on how you plan to search. Click on submit and check the updated information.
- To check details about Patta copy and FMB copy, select e-services, and follow the process mentioned above.
Nilamagal Pondicherry 2024: How to check guideline register value?
Under the e-services, click on view GLR. You will reach https://nilamagal.py.gov.in/glr. Note the guideline value is the minimum value that a property commands. This is based on location, amenities, types of property, property usage, etc.
- Click on ‘know your GLR value’.
- Select details like region, taluk, village. Enter survey number, subdivision, and year.
- Click on submit and proceed.
