Noida Authority Plot Scheme 2023 details
The Noida Authority has launched a new residential scheme offering 400 residential plots. These plots are spread across 13 sectors in Noida namely Sector-93B, Sector-31, Sector-33, Sector-34, Sector-35, Sector-43, Sector-44, Sector-47, Sector-51, Sector-52, Sector-105 and Sector-108. Over 70 plots are located along the Greater Noida Expressway in Sector-151, Noida. The authority will allot these plots through an e-auction.
How to register for the Noida Authority Plot Scheme 2023?
Interested applicants can visit the Noida Authority’s official website to submit their applications online. The registration facility is provided by the SBI portal link. A 10% registration fee is applicable.

- Click on the ‘Request for Property RID’ option from the list of services mentioned on the homepage.
- Login to the page. Choose property under ‘Request Type’ option.
- Provide details, such as department, sector name, block name, plot number, services name, applicant, mobile number, e-mail address, requester, description, identity proofs, and property documents.
- Click on the Submit button to complete the process.

- Go to the Noida Authority’s official website.

- After signing into the portal, provide property-related details and other details.

- Developers and architects can visit the official website of the Noida Authority to get ‘completion certificate’ online.
- Go to the home page and click on ‘Apply Online for Completion Certificate’.
- You will be directed to another page https://completion.noidaauthorityonline.com/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2f .
- Log in to the portal using your e-mail and password. New users can register by clicking on ‘I want to register’ link.
- Provide your details, such as e-mail, mobile number, name, permanent address, council of architecture registration number, etc. Click on ‘register’ to continue.
- Upload relevant documents and click on ‘register’.
Noida Authority: How to generate challan online?
- Go to the Noida Authority’s official portal and click on ‘Generate Challan Online’ option.
- A new page will appear. Select ‘Challan Type’ from the dropdown. Click Yes/No for the question – Do you have registration ID?
- Submit details, such as Registration Number, Sector, Block, Flat/Plot Number, Mobile Number, PAN, Allottee, Address, GST, Receipt Head, Receipt Subhead, and Head Amount.
- Click on ‘Add Amount’ to complete generation of challan.

- Go to the Noida Authority’s official website.
- Step 2: Click on the ‘Verify Challan’ service.
- A new page will appear. Enter the challan number in the given field.
- Click on the ‘Verify Challan’ button.
