April 15, 2024: Prescon Group, the real estate arm of Nitin Castings in collaboration with the House of Hiranandani, has announced a luxury residential project in Thane- Belicia. This 48-storey tower spans 1.5 acre and is located on the Nitin Company Compound. The project has a RERA possession date of June 2028.
Belicia offers a range of apartments with configurations of 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes, featuring carpet areas ranging from 779 sqft to 1,546 sqft, starting at Rs 1.85 crore onwards. The project provides residents with panoramic views of the city and the Yeoor Hills with the first habitable floor starting from the seventh level.
