Real estate developer Runwal Group has launched a new tower in its 36-acre township Runwal City Centre at Kanjurmarg (East), Mumbai. Named Park Side, the new tower is a part of the Runwal Bliss cluster in the township. The 35-storey tower would offer 1, 1.5, 2 BHK residences along with a host of amenities, the company said in a statement.
Subodh Runwal, managing director, Runwal Group, said, “This is the final tower at our residential project Runwal Bliss. Phase-1 of this project is already complete and residents have started moving in.”
Five towers at the Runwal Bliss cluster are completed and two towers have received occupancy certificates.
