May 8, 2024: Real estate developer Rustomjee Group has announced the launch of a luxury residential project ‘The Panorama’, located in Pali Hill in Mumbai’s Bandra West locality. With the launch of the project, Rustomjee Group is anticipating a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 375 crore.
The Panorama by Rustomjee is a luxury residential development that offers exclusive 4- and 5-BHK residences. At ‘The Panorama’, the full-floor option provides a 44-foot-long balcony in a 5,086 square foot (sqft) floor plate. In addition, residents also have the option to choose a single, spacious residence spanning 2,543 sqft. Each residence at The Panorama features its own sundeck that provides views of the city beyond. The property is designed to cater exclusively to the needs of about 20 families.
