Rustomjee Group launches project in Mumbai with Rs 1,300 cr GDV potential

The company has set a target of achieving Rs 400 crore of business within the first year of Rustomjee 180 Bayview’s launch.

June 14, 2024: Real estate developer Rustomjee Group on June 13, 2024, announced the launch of its new residential project ‘Rustomjee 180 Bayview’, at Mumbai’s Matunga West. With this launch, the real estate developer is anticipating a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 1,300 crore, with a target of achieving Rs 400 crore of business within the first year of its launch. 

 

The project offers 2-, 3- and 4-BHK units as well as duplex apartments ranging from 800 square foot (sqft) to over 2,200 sqft. The apartments will be handed over in the year 2028. The property will offer views of the Arabian Sea from almost all the apartments. The project incorporates themes like Sea Breeze, Aqua Sense, Tropical Plantation, Sculptures, and Pebbles. 

 

This project features spacious balconies for each apartment while its elevation showcases features such as Reckli concrete, ACP cladding, and Grooves. It also offers a diverse range of amenities across different levels. The ground level features a play mound and a seating pocket, while the first floor offers leisure activities, a preview theatre, games room, gym, banquet hall and a children’s zone. Rooftop amenities include a multipurpose lawn, infinity edge pool, swing pods, skydeck and a cascading pond.
