Rustomjee launches new residential project in Mumbai’s BKC Annexe

This project named Privé is expected to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 400 crore.

Real estate developer Rustomjee Group on April 9, 2025, announced the launch of a gated estate in BKC Annexe. This residential project named Privé is expected to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 400 crore. It will offer 69 premium 3-BHK residences across three wings. Each of the 3 BHK homes, starting at Rs 5.4 crore, come with private sundecks offering views of the city’s skyline.

With just two residences per floor, Privé offers more than 15 curated amenities, including a sky bar, swimming pool, fitness centre, indoor games, children’s play area, and a banquet hall. Serving as Rustomjee Group’s 7th project in Bandra East, it enjoys easy connectivity to Bandra, Andheri, the Eastern Express Highway, Metro, and the upcoming Coastal Road.
