May 28, 2024: Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput Kapoor have acquired a luxurious sea-view apartment for Rs 58.66 crore. The residence is located in the Oberoi 360 West project in Mumbai’s Worli area. As per documents obtained by the real estate advisory firm IndexTap.com, the apartment is on the 24th floor of tower B in Oberoi 360 West.
This high-end apartment, featuring a RERA carpet area of 5,395 square foot (sqft), comes with three parking spaces. The transaction, amounting to Rs 58.66 crore, was registered on May 24, 2024. The Kapoors purchased the apartment from Chandak Realtors, who had initially acquired it for Rs 35.31 crore in February 2023 as part of a bulk deal worth Rs 1,238 crore. The couple paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.75 crore for the transaction.
Shahid Kapoor previously bought another apartment in the same building, measuring around 8,280 sqft and valued at Rs 55.60 crore. Oberoi 360 West is a mixed-use development in Worli, comprising two towers. One tower houses The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, while the other offers luxury residences managed by The Ritz-Carlton. The project features high-end amenities such as sports and fitness zones, kids’ activity and adventure areas, and various leisure and relaxation options.
