May 28, 2024: Sheth Realty has invested over Rs 150 crore for development of a residential project – Codename Younique in Sion, Mumbai. The project will be developed as a joint venture with Aakshya Ventures, as per an ET Realty report.
As per the report, the project’s estimated cost is around Rs 500 crore and the company expects over Rs 1,000 crore as topline from this project.
To be constructed on 2-acre land, the project will include 2 BHK ranging from 650 sqft to 750 sqft and 3 BHK ranging from 900 sqft to 1,100 sqft. While the starting price of 2BHK is around Rs 1.99 crore, the starting price of 3BHk is around Rs 2.75 crore.
