Real estate company Smartworld Developers has launched a luxury, high-end residential project, Smartworld The Edition, marking its entrance into the upscale luxury real estate sector. The project is located at Golf Course Course Extension Road, Sector 66 in Gurgaon.
The project is spread across more than 10 acre with a saleable area of three million square foot (msf). It is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 6000 crore. In the neighbourhood of signature residential developments, such as golf-themed living, branded homes and villa developments, the project is a G+42 floor skyroar structure, making it an epitomic landmark to the Gurgaon skyline, the developer said in an official release.
According to the developer, Golf Course Extension Road, one of the fastest developing areas in the Millennial City, is also attracting investments, especially in residential real estate. The presence of renowned corporations, technology majors and high-end projects has transformed the area into a highly promising real estate destination.
The development has three twin towers with over 900 units of 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK apartments, including two master bedroom suites in each unit. The vertical facade design of these towers is modern, with large windows and spacious balconies with nine-foot wide decks. A private jacuzzi in each apartment deck has been provided and the ground floor has been kept free of any apartments. The area is being used for residents to meet, have breakout sessions, meditation spaces, toddlers areas and more. The project is designed by international consulting partners such as Studio Symbiosis, Red Landscape, Greymatters and ITH.
‘Smartworld The Edition’ will have one lakh sqft of luxurious amenities, including an exclusive 7-star highlife club with a rooftop infinity pool.
