Sobha Limited has launched a new villa project, Sobha Gardenia in Chennai. The project, located at Vengaivasal, will offer 79 lifestyle villas, of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4-BHK units. Spread over 6.85 acres, the total saleable area of the project will be 1,80,275.46 sq ft (16,748 sq metres). The villas range from 1,334.75 sq ft to 3,365.21 sq ft (124 sq metres to 312.64 sq metres). Sobha Gardenia, the company’s fifth project in the city, will have contemporary yet traditional Tamil-inspired architecture, designed by an in-house team.
Speaking on the occasion, JC Sharma, vice-chairman and managing director of Sobha Limited said, “Over the years, Chennai has emerged as one of the major industrial and commercial markets of India. Industries such as healthcare, automobile and manufacturing are thriving. Chennai has also witnessed considerable growth as a financial, IT and BPO hub. Our new villa project will offer well-designed layouts and optimal-sized living spaces.”
