Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor Ahuja has sold her Bandra-Kurla Complex home in Mumbai to a Delhi-based company for Rs 32.50 crore, documents accessed by IndexTap.com, a real estate advisory firm, showed.
The buyer firm, SMF Infrastructure, paid stamp duty of Rs 1.95 crore to register the uber-premium home previously owned by the Raanjhanaa-fame actor, says the report. The registry for the transaction took place on December 29, 2022.
Located at Signature Island, a housing project by Sunteck Realty, the house has a carpet area of 4,610 square foot.
According to the company website, each apartment in the project offers “a deck for a breathtaking view, double-height entrance lobby and signature concierge service. Also part of the amenities are a temperature-controlled pool, a health club and a state-of-the-art gym, a mini theatre, and landscaped garden with a children’s area.  As part of the deal, the buyer will also get access to 4 parking spaces in the premium housing project.
The actor had bought this plush property in 2015 for 31.48 crore. She has been in talks with SMF Infrastructure for the sale since 2020.
