May 30, 2024: Agam Kumar Nigam, the father of singer Sonu Nigam, has purchased a luxury property in Mumbai’s Versova for Rs 12 crore, according to documents accessed by Zapkey. The apartment has a built-up area of 2,002.88 square foot (sqft) and is located on the 10th floor of the building located on the Versova Sea Link.
The deal was signed on March 18, 2024, and the seller is Earth Worth Construction Pvt Ltd. As per the documents, a stamp duty of Rs 72 lakh was paid for the deal. The property was registered on April 18, 2024.
In April 2023, Sonu Nigam purchased two commercial properties spread across an area of 5547 sqft in Andheri for Rs 11.37 crore, as per documents shared by Propstack.
Sonu Nigam resides with his family in a luxurious bungalow in Mumbai’s Andheri West. The singer’s house has spacious living rooms, bedrooms, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, a home theatre and a garden. The house interiors feature exquisite marble flooring, warm and subtle colour scheme, luxurious chandleiers and artwork on the walls. The house also has a spacious balcony and a car garage that boasts the singer’s luxury car collection, including Range Rover Vogue, DC Avanti and Audi A4.
