Actor Suhana Khan, daughter of Shah Rukh Khan, has invested over Rs 9.5 crore in an agricultural land in Alibaug. Spread over 78,361 sqft, the land is located in the Thal Village, Alibaug, Raigad, show documents accessed by IndexTap.com.
Suhana Khan paid a stamp duty of around Rs 57 lakh for the property purchase that was registered on February 13, 2024, mention the documents accessed by IndexTap.com.
Interestingly, this is the second parcel of land purchased by Suhana Khan in Alibaug. Last year, she bought farmland spread across 2,218 sqft for Rs 12.91 crore. The land is also located in Thal Village.
Shah Rukh Khan already owns a farmhouse in Alibaug that is spread over 19,960 sqm and is also located in Thal Village.
Alibaugh, which is closer to Mumbai, has emerged as a popular place for celebs to holiday. The other celebrities who have their properties in Alibaug include Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, etc.
