Tata Realty’s Eureka Park in Noida Sector 150 offers smart homes starting at Rs 64 lakhs

In an exclusive webinar with Housing.com, Tata Realty discussed investment options for end users and investors across the National Capital Region

If you are looking to invest in a trusted brand in the National Capital Region (NCR), Tata Realty’s Eureka Park in Noida Sector 150 is a lucrative option. In an exclusive webinar with Housing.com, senior leaders of the Tata Realty group, Kasib Khan and Brijesh Gaur, both of whom are associated with the brand as general managers for sales, threw light on the company’s projects spread across the NCR – Gurgaon and Noida to be precise. The projects discussed at length included Eureka Park, Myst, Primati, Gurgaon Gateway, La Vida, Raisina Residency and New Haven.

Elaborating on the benefits of investing in Eureka Park, Khan said that the project was located at the intersection of three expressways and well-connected to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Prospective home buyers would find themselves close to job hubs. The project includes 20.74 acres of development, offering two and three-bedroom residences. There is over six acres of central green space meant for leisure and amenities.

Buyers can also cherish these smart homes equipped with gas leakage detectors, digital motion sensors, app-controlled lighting, utility operations management, RFID-enabled parking access, digital AV door phones, app-controlled appliances and over 20 lifestyle amenities. For a limited period, the company is offering attractive pricing, as well. Interested buyers can book now and pay only 15% in equal instalments.

Gaur said that post the Coronavirus pandemic, home buyers have been considering spacious homes. Professionals are now working from home and naturally, bigger homes that provide space for offices within homes, are being preferred. In terms of amenities too, buyers are particular that there should be ample social space and amenities for every age group, from children to seniors. This is the market trend – a paradigm shift in the post-COVID-19 world, he said.

Khan maintained that given the need for bigger spaces, Tata Realty’s Eureka Park was a lucrative option. Out of 1,160 units, the company has already sold over 600 units. Noida being a market that is growing at a very fast pace, large-scale developments are happening in this project’s vicinity, which is an advantage for end-users and investors. This includes the Eastern Periphery Bypass Road and the Noida Expressway. In short, both, physical and social infrastructure, are developed. Compared to south Delhi, Noida promises infrastructure at par and housing at almost three times lower the property prices in south Delhi.

Gaur meanwhile added that fence-sitters must utilise this time and make the most of the property options, customised deals and discounts, as well as cheaper home loan interest rates.
