Convening influential leaders from the country’s built environment including real estate, investments, urban planning, and architecture & design spaces, the conference aims to address the challenges and opportunities in the development of 21st Century Indian Cities.

The two-day event will commence with an exclusive tour of Subko Cacao Mill, Bombay House – Tata Experience Center, and National Center for Performing Arts (NCPA) offering case studies on heritage retrofits and adaptive reuse in the realm of real estate. It will be followed by an illustrated pipeline of keynotes and panels, which will initiate dialogues around the following topics:

As we embark on the second year of our operations in India, we are poised for sustained engagement from the industry’s foremost leaders. With the forthcoming launches of new product councils and programs, we are determined to bring ULI’s global standard of thought leadership and research to India, while showcasing India’s remarkable built environment to the international ULI audience,” said Manasvini Hariharan, executive director, ULI India.

ULI India is also set to launch its inaugural product council – the Office Council in this conference. The Office Council will be an exclusive diverse group of experienced developers, owners, investors and technical experts (architects, engineers, lawyers, etc.) that explores, in a convivial and confidential setting, current market conditions and trends, best practices, cutting-edge innovation and lessons learned in the development and ownership of the office asset class. The objective is to initiate fresh, closed-door discussions amongst industry leaders and inspire a transformation in the investments, building, operating, design and management of this asset class.

Launched in January 2023, ULI India has completed its maiden year in India, wherein it has created a robust community of nearly 150 members including institutional investors, real estate developers, architects, urban planners, and land use policymakers from India.

ULI’s India National council is backed by eight founding partners ANAROCK, Blackstone, Brookfield, Hines, K Raheja Corp, RMZ, Tata Realty and Infrastructure and the Xander Group. In addition, it has established an executive committee of 11 prominent built environment leaders to spearhead various functions of the organisation.

ULI’s global reach and network provides its Indian members an opportunity to connect with its worldwide network.
