March 7, 2024: Cricketer Virat Kohli has leased out over 12 office spaces in Reach Comercia located in sector 68, Gurugram for Rs 8.85 lakh per month, mention documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix.
The offices have been leased to Mynd Integrated Solutions.
According to CRE Matrix, the total leased area spans across 18,430 sqft.
The lease deed was registered last year and around Rs 57.19 lakh was paid as security deposit mentioned the documents. The real estate transaction was executed by Virat Kohli’s brother Vikas Kohli who is also the registered General Power of Attorney (GPA) holder.
Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma live in Worli, Mumbai. In February 2024, they became parents for the second time with the birth of their son Akaay. They also have a daughter Vamika. Apart from the Mumbai property, Virat has a second home in Alibaug and a property in DLF-1 Gurgaon.
