Axis Bank has introduced missed call banking services that allow the customer to know their bank balance or receive a mini-account statement.
To avail of this service, customers must send a call from their registered mobile number to the Axis Bank balance check number. After registering, you will receive the confirmation message. To know your bank balance, you must miscall on 1800-419-5959 or 1800-419-5858. To get your account mini statement, send a mini account number to 8691000002 or 56161600.
Ways to check your balance in your Axis account:

Through ATM
- Visit your nearest ATM with your debit card
- Insert your debit card and enter your pin
- Select the ‘balance inquiry/balance check’ option to see your balance
- Select ‘mini statement’ to view your last ten transactions on the screen

Through Net Banking
- Visit and log on to Axis bank’s internet banking website
- Enter your username and password
- You can view your balance on your screen
- You can download a mini statement from the internet banking service

Through Mobile application
- Open Axis bank mobile application and enter your mPIN
- You can watch your account balance on the screen
- Select ‘recent transaction’ to view your mini statement
To access this application, an Axis bank customer needs to register for this application by sending the BAL and account number to 8691000002 from their registered mobile number. Additionally, you can activate this service through an Axis bank ATM or Axis bank branch.

USSD or Unstructured Supplementary Service Data helps people in using mobile banking services without a smartphone or the internet. Follow this step to know your account balance via USSD:
- Register your mobile number with Axis bank
- Dial *99*45# from your mobile
- You can select the language for your convenience and better understanding
- Send the first three letters or IFSC code or 2-digit bank code
- You will receive your bank balance and mini statement

Customers will need to send an SMS containing ‘BAL <Account Number>’ to 9717000002 from the registered mobile number. This number is only valid if the customer has a single account.
