Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao Yadav is recognised for his critically acclaimed performances in Hindi films. Recently, the actor and his wife Patralekha purchased a luxury triplex house worth Rs 44 crore in the Juhu locality of Mumbai. The plush apartment was earlier owned by his co-star from the movie ‘Roohi’, Janhvi Kapoor, and was bought at the cost of Rs 39 crore in 2020.
The expensive property deal was finalised on March 31, 2022. However, the deal was officially registered was done on July 21, 2022. Rajkummar and his wife have paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.19 crore, an increase from the stamp duty of around Rs 78 lakh paid by Janhvi in 2020.

The actor’s luxury home is situated in a building at Mumbai’s Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme, a residential area in the suburbs. The neighbourhood houses the residences of many famous personalities from the Indian film industry.

The luxury house of Rajkummar Rao and his wife is located on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of the building in Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme. The couple already owns and lives on the 11th and 12th floors in the same building.
Rajkummar Rao’s new house is spread over an area of 3,456 sq ft. The flat has several modern features and amenities, including six parking spots.
In early 2022, Bollywood star Kajol purchased two flats in the same building. The cost of the apartments is around 11.95 crore.
