Here, click on the link mentioned – https://mahabhumi.gov.in and you will be directed to this page:
Click on ‘Digitally signed 7/12, 8A, Ferfar and Property card’ under the Premium Services and you will reach https://digitalsatbara.mahabhumi.gov.in/DSLR.
Here, log in using ID, password, and captcha. Click on login.
Then, click on verify 7/12 and enter the verification number and click on ‘Submit’.
You will see the 7/12 digitally signed extract. Make payment for the service and you can download and use it for legal purposes.
If you have made the payment and it is not reflecting on ‘My Balance’ in your account, click on ‘Check Payment Status’, enter the PRN number and click on ‘Submit’. See the status of the payment.
Note, all the RORs on 7/12 online Pune are digitised, updated, digitally signed, and available for download except those under litigation.
