Priyanka Chopra’s family leases bungalow in Pune to co-living firm

The actor’s brother Siddharth Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra signed the Leave and License Agreement with The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited.

April 26, 2024: Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra’s family has leased a bungalow located in Koregaon Park in Pune, to co-living and co-working firm The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited, for a rent of Rs 2 lakh per month, as per documents accessed by Zapkey.

The actor’s brother Siddharth Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra signed the Leave and License Agreement with The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited that was registered on March 21, 2024. The firm has paid a security deposit of Rs 6 lakh and will be paying Rs 2.06 lakh as rent every month, the documents mentioned.

The bungalow’s plot size spans 3754 square foot (sqft) while the built-up area is 2180 sqft (ground floor). The basement area covers 950 sqft, the garden area is 2232 sqft and the parking area is 400 sqft, the documents showed.

In November 2023, Priyanka Chopra Jonas sold two penthouses in Mumbai, with a built-up area of 2,292 sqft for Rs 6 crore. Both the penthouses are located on the 9th floor of Karan Apartment in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara, Andheri. The first penthouse, with an area of around 860 sqft, was sold for Rs 2.25 crore, while the second penthouse, spanning 1,432 sqft, was sold for Rs 3.75 crore, according to the documents accessed by Zapkey.com. The buyer, Abhishek Chaubey, paid a stamp duty of around Rs 36 lakh for both transactions. The two penthouses were registered on different days, October 23 and 25, 2023.

Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ Los Angeles property is ready after being renovated recently, according to a report by The Sun US. The portal shared new images of the celebrity couple’s LA mansion, which revealed extensive restoration work.
