Actor Kartik Aryan has leased an apartment in the Praneta Apartments, Juhu Tara Road from actor Shahid Kapoor for a period of 3 years. As per the documents accessed by Zapkey.com, the luxurious property consisting of ground floor and basement is spread across 3,681 sqft. Two car parking spaces in the society compound are also included in the deal.
In terms of rent, according to the agreement, there will be a 7% escalation every year. The Freddy fame actor will pay Rs 7.5 lakh per month as rent in the first year. For the second year, the actor will pay Rs 8.02 lakh per month and for the third year he will pay Rs 8.58 lakh.
As per the documents, the Bhool bhulaiyaa 2 actor paid a security deposit of Rs 45 lakh and the registration was done on January 12, 2023. Leased to Mala Tiwari, the Shehzada actor’s mother, the contract was signed by Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Kapoor on his behalf.
Praneta Apartments has a total of 16 units and has 6 BHK units available across configurations.
