July 26, 2024: Famous actor R Madhavan has recently expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing a new residential property in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex for Rs 17.5 crore. This ready-to-move apartment spans about 389 square metre (4,182 square foot) and includes two parking spaces.
The sale, completed on July 22, 2024, included a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. Located in Signia Pearl, a luxury residential project offering 4 and 5 BHK apartments, the property boasts numerous amenities and excellent connectivity.
Madhavan was last seen in Shaitaan, directed by Vikas Bahl and co-starring Ajay Devgn and Jyotika. He will next lead in S. Sashikanth’s debut film Test, a sports drama with Nayanthara and Siddharth. Additionally, he has signed on for two films with Mediaone Global Entertainment: a family drama directed by Mithran R. Jawahar, set in London, and a biopic of Indian engineer Gopalswamy Doraiswamy Naidu directed by Krishnakumar Ramakumar. Madhavan is also set to star in Rajesh Touchriver’s biopic of Chempakaraman Pillai, play a supporting role in Karan Singh Tyagi’s biopic of C. Sankaran Nair, and appear in Swati Singha’s science-fiction film G.
