May 10, 2023: Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu has bought a 3BHK duplex apartment in Jayabheri Orange County located in Nanakramguda Hyderabad. The new apartment costs Rs 7.8 crore.
According to CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, the property has a total super built-up area of 7,944 sqft. The 13th floor of the building has a super built-up area of 3,920 sqft and the 14th floor has a super built-up area of 4,024 sqft. The new duplex apartment comes with 6 parking slots.
Jayabheri Orange County is near Gachibowli and is a gated community with four towers of 14 floors each. The project houses duplex sky villas on the 13th and 14th floor of each tower, which is what Samantha has invested in.
This is Samantha’s second property purchase in Hyderabad. Media reports mention that early this year, she invested in a Rs 15 crore property in Mumbai suburbs. Currently, Samantha lives in Jubilee Hills, which she purchased after her divorce- the same house which she shared with her ex-husband, actor Naga Chaitanya.
