June 2, 2023: Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has recently moved into an extravagant bungalow in Mumbai’s Juhu neighbourhood, say media reports. The lavish four-storey bungalow is reported to be worth Rs 190 crore. The property is located next to late filmmaker Yash Chopra’s house.
According to media reports, the actor’s search for a house went on for seven to eight months. Reports indicate that she had shown interest in a bungalow called Celeste situated within the Lokhandwala Complex. However, she ultimately settled on the Juhu bungalow. She quietly moved into the new bungalow two to three months ago but it is still unknown if Urvashi has purchased the property or rented it. The actor’s new residence comes with a spacious garden, a huge backyard space and a personal gym.
As she settles into her new residence, the actor has joined a number of celebrities who live in the Juhu neighbourhood. These include Kajol and Ajay Devgan’s house ‘Shivshakti’, John Abraham’s ‘Villa in the Sky’, Hrithik Roshan’s Mannat Apartments, Rohit Shetty’s House ‘Shetty Towers’, Rajkumar Rao’s luxury triplex, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal’s apartment, and Amitabh Bacchan’s house ‘Jalsa’.
