Bikaner Electricity Supply Limited, also known as BkESL, is a subsidiary of CESC Limited that is responsible for the distribution of electric power to the company’s consumers in Bikaner. Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited was the parent company of BkESL when it first started providing distribution franchises on May 1, 2017. 

The process of registering for a new connection, checking your bills, and the various methods via which you may pay your BkESL power bills will all be covered in this article. 

Registration process for BkESL

In order to become a customer of BkESL, you will need to complete the processes that are outlined in the following steps:

How to get a fresh BkESL connection?

Online payment procedure for BkESL bill

Online payment of your BkESL power bill may be accomplished in a number of different methods. Among them are:

BkESL website

Google Pay

1. In order to use the Google Pay option, you’ll have to install this application. 
2. Once you have installed this, open and go to the “Pay Bills” option. 
3. You’ll be presented with the “Electricity” tab that you have to click. 
4. From the available alternatives, choose the one that says “Bikaner Electricity Supply Limited (BkESL).”
5. After entering your K number, make sure to select the “Link Account” button.
6. Either your bills will be retrieved for you, or you will also be presented with the option to provide the amount details manually. 
7. The last step is to enter the Personal Identification Number and proceed with the payment. 

PhonePe

1. Go to the play store and download the PhonePe application and install it on your device. 
2. Once you are done with the installation part, launch it and go to the “Electricity” option that you’ll find under the “Recharge and Pay Bills” Section. 
3. From the available alternatives, choose the one that says “Bikaner Electricity Supply Limited (BkESL).”
4. After entering your K number, navigate to the “Confirm” button and click on it. 
5. You’ll be presented with the amount that you have to pay. After that, you need to provide your pin for making the transaction. 

PayTM

1. Open the PayTM application on your mobile phone if you have already installed it or go to the play store to download the application.  
2. Once you are done with the installation process, open the application and search for the “Recharge and Bill Payments” option. 
3. Once you tap on this option, you’ll be presented with the “Electricity Bill” option, you must click on this. 
4. After that select the option for “Rajasthan” state and proceed to the next step. 
5. Choose the one that says “Bikaner Electricity Supply Limited” from the available choices.
6. Once you have chosen your electricity board, provide your K Number and tap on the “Proceed” option to check the amount that you owe to the company. 
7. The final step is to settle the payment.  

Amazon Pay

1. Go to the play store and download the Amazon Pay application and install it on your device. 
2. Once you are done with the installation process, open the application and search for the “Amazon Pay” option. 
3. At this point, you’ll have to select the “Electricity” option that’ll be listed under the “Pay Bills” tag. 
4. Make your selection from the list of states by choosing “Rajasthan.”
5. Then choose “Bikaner Electricity Supply Limited (BkESL).”
6. You’ll be presented with the amount that you owe to the company once you provide your K Number. 
7. The final step is to make the settlement by paying the requisite amount. 

Procedure to pay BkESL bill offline 

To make the payment, you may go to the Bikaner Electricity Supply Limited (BkESL) office that is most convenient for you. You have the option of paying with either cash, a cheque, or a demand draft.

Determine BkESL bill’s payment status

Simply follow this URL http://www.cescrajasthan.co.in/bkesl/pages/event/ and then choose “Payment Status” from the drop-down menu that appears. Enter your K number, which is a total of 12 digits, and then click the “Submit” button. After that, you will be able to examine the current standing of your payment.

How to file a complaint?

To submit a complaint or a request, go to the website http://www.cescrajasthan.co.in/bkesl/pages/event/ and then choose “Complaints & Requests” from the menu. Enter your 12-digit K-number, and then choose the type of your complaint from the drop-down menu that appears. Simply hit the “Submit” button.

If I make an additional payment, where will the additional money go?

In the event that you make a payment that is greater than the amount that is due, the difference between the two amounts will be shown in the statement for the following month.

If I don't pay my power bill, what happens?

If you do not settle your power bill by the due date, you will be subject to a late payment charge. Your energy connection will be turned off if you still have not paid the bill after it has been sent to you.

Is there any provision to pay a minimum amount?

Although you have the option to pay a minimum payment, it is strongly advised that you pay all of your obligations in full.
