RERA Odisha: How to view registered projects?

Step 1: Visit the official website of Odisha RERA.

Step 2: Click on ‘Projects’ and choose ‘offline projects’ and select ‘Registered Projects’.

Step 3: You can filter the projects on the basis of type, name and registration number.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Odisha RERA.

Step 2: Click on ‘Do you want to register your project/as agent?’

Step 3: You will be redirected to another page. Select ‘Yes’, if you want to renew your registration or select ‘No’ if you are registering for the first time.

Step 4: Fill in the online application form after reading the guidelines.

Step 6: Provide your username and password, go to the Dashboard page and register.

Step 2: Click on ‘Do you want to register your project/as agent?’

Step 4: Furnish all the details required in the registration form.

Step 5: Create your user ID and password.

Step 6: Click on the ‘Register’ button.

 

RERA Odisha: How to check a complaint status?

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Authority has suspended all court work and complaint redressal forums till July 13, 2020. However, home buyers who have filed their complaint before the lockdown can track their complaint status here.

  • PAN card of board of directors, or, partner, or trustee
  • GST registration certificate
  • Last 3 years’ annual report
  • Last 3 years’ income tax returns
  • Last 3 years’ audit report
  • In case of an ongoing project, ORERA Permission Order is required
  • ROR (Record of Rights)
  • Allotment letter format
  • Conveyance deed format
  • Property and site related images
  • Power of Attorney (if applicable)

Odisha RERA forms Conciliation and Dispute Resolution (CDR) cell

The Odisha RERA (ORERA) has established the Conciliation and Dispute Resolution (CDR) cell. The cell will help in solving issues between the developers and flat buyers.  This will result in fewer cases that will require the attention of the Odisha RERA court.

The CDR Cell belonging to the ORERA will have five members- secretary, joint secretary, advisor to tell on legal points,  CREDAI representative and Apartment Buyers’ Association.
