How to search registered projects on RERA Rajasthan?
- To search for registered projects, log in to RERA Rajasthan at https://rera.rajasthan.gov.in/
- Under Homebuyer, click on registered projects.
- Select details from the drop-down box including select district, select taluka, project name, promoter’s name and click on search.
- You will see details such as district name, project name, project type, promoter name, application no., registration no. and action.
- For instance, when you click on View for Maruti Vihar Phase-4 project, you will see these details.
- You will see overview, quick facts, project documents and other applications. You will also see a QR code that is mandatory — which, when scanned will give you all project information.
- Under overview, you will see project name, address, category and promoter details, registration no., status of project, date of registration and project details.
- You can search for a project using district and taluka name, project name, project address or RERA registration ID. It is a good practice to check if a project is RERA registered as part of due diligence before investing in it.
How to check lapsed projects on RERA Rajasthan?
When a project’s RERA Rajasthan registration details are not renewed, the regulatory body after giving deadlines to the promoter to renew registration, marks the property as a lapsed property. The developer has to pay a fine to RERA Rajasthan, get the property registered and only then will it be removed from this category.

Under Home Buyer, click on suspended projects and you will see a list of suspended projects in Rajasthan.

How to check if the agent you are working with is registered with RERA Rajasthan?
- To check if the agent is registered with RERA Rajasthan, select Home Buyers and under it click on registered agents.
- You will see the district name, name of the agent, application number and RERA registration number.
- Click on View to get more details about RERA Rajasthan and you will get all details about real estate agent.
- If you don’t find the agent’s details here, click on pending agent renewals to see details. If the details are listed here or not present at all on the RERA Rajasthan website, it is risky to deal with such agents.
How to report on violation of RERA to RERA Rajasthan?
To report a RERA violation, one can click on Complaint Box under Complaints.
- Enter details such as if you want to disclose your identity – Yes/ No.
- Write the complaint name, email, mobile, address, project name, address, district name, location and then write the complaint description in the box below.
- Enter promoter name, promoter contact number, promoter address, upload document and click on submit.
How to check for complaints on RERA Rajasthan?
One can check for complaints on RERA Rajasthan in two ways- project wise and promoter wise.
- To search for complaints on the basis of project — click on project wise and you will see the following.
- You can enter complaint number and get the details of the project that you are looking for.
- Alternatively, you can check on complaints using promoter name.
How can a home buyer file a grievance with RERA Rajasthan?
- On the RERA Rajasthan Portal, click on complaint and choose register complaint.
- Login with SSOID or username, password and enter captcha and click on Login. If you don’t have login id and password, first register yourself on RERA Rajasthan portal.
- Once logged in, a home buyer can proceed to file grievance regarding the project.
Under complaints, one can see daily cause sheet, supplementary cause sheet and disposes complaints.
How can a promoter and project be registered with RERA Rajasthan?
- Visit the RERA Rajasthan online portal.
- Under Promoter, click on new registration and then on promoter registration.
- You will be redirected to Rajasthan’s single sign in portal. Select ‘Registration’ and choose ‘Udhyog’, ‘Citizen’ or ‘Govt. Employee’.
- Fill in the details as required and furnish all the documents as listed below.
- Click on Project and register it with RERA Rajasthan.
- To modify details of promoter profile, click on promoter profile modification.
- To add APRs or QPRs, click on projects with pending QPR or projects with pending APR and proceed.
Documents required from promoters for RERA registration
- Application form
- PAN card
- Encumbrance detail
- Number of parking spaces.
- Audited balance sheet of the promoter for the preceding financial year.
- Legal title deed copy, reflecting the title of the promoter to the land.
- If the promoter is not the land owner, then, a copy of the collaboration, development, joint development, or any other agreement.

Rajasthan Rera: Standard fee to be levied along with project registration fee
Starting August 1, 2023, the Rajasthan Rera will charge a standard fee along with project registration fee all for plotted development projects that may be both housing and commercial. However, this charge is not applicable for multi-storey group housing projects.
As per the circular issued by Rajasthan Rera, Rs 5 per square metre (psm) will be charged as standard fees for residential plots along with the project registration fees. Rera Rajasthan will charge Rs 10 psm as standard fees for commercial, industrial and mixed use plots in addition to the project registration fees.

Submission of APR/QPR/CC/OC to RERA Rajasthan
As per the mandate under RERA Act, developers have to submit the APR/ QPR/CC/OC with RERA Rajasthan under the stipulated time. The Rajasthan RERA has however extended deadline till Oct 31, 2025 for developers to submit these documents.
What is the maximum penalty for non-compliance with RERA Rajasthan regulations?
If a real estate promoter fails to comply with RERA Rajasthan regulations, a penalty of up to 10% of the estimated cost of the project may be levied upon them. If the violation continues, the promoter may face a jail term of up to three years or a further penalty of up to 10% of the estimated cost of the project, or both.
