November 14, 2023: Bollywood actor Ananya Panday has purchased a new apartment and made the announcement on Instagram on the occasion of Dhanteras on November 10, 2023. Ananya performed a Griha Pravesh puja in her new house. In the post, she is seen entering her new house after breaking a coconut. In the picture, Ananya is seen dressed in a yellow ethnic outfit and posing with folded hands. The house interiors reflect a modern design and neutral colour theme.

Ananya Panday received wishes and congratulatory messages from colleagues such as Farah Khan, Tiger Shroff and Punit Malhotra. Ananya’s mother, Bhavana Panday, also wrote a special message.
Earlier, Ananya Panday lived with her family in a luxurious house in Mumbai’s Pali Hill. The house, Monisha Apartments, is owned by her father, Chunky Pandey.

Pali Hill is one of the upscale neighbourhoods in Mumbai, which is home to many celebrities such as Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Aamir Khan, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani. Actor Tara Sutaria also resides in a plush house at Pali Hill, which is located in Anand House, the building that once belonged to yesteryear actor Dev Anand.
