October 20, 2023: Holiday home fractional ownership company ALYF on October 19, 2023, announced an exclusive partnership with renowned tennis player Sania Mirza to unveil its wellness-focused collection of holiday homes. This partnership will encompass upcoming limited edition projects located across Goa, Alibaug and Coorg, with a total sale value of Rs 100 crore.

ALYF has recently launched projects worth Rs 80 crore. Over the next 12 months, ALYF aims to incorporate an additional 100 holiday homes into its portfolio, with an estimated value of Rs 200-250 crore. Additionally, the subsequent 18-24 months will witness ALYF’s foray into global markets such as Dubai and Thailand.
