The trust overseeing the construction work of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya issued an advisory on November 3, requesting devotees to celebrate the grand opening of the temple from their homes.
To be attended by prime minister Narendra Modi, the temple inauguration ceremony will be held on January 22, 2024. The consecration (pran pratishtha) ceremony of the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya will be held between 11 AM and 1 PM on that day.
A great deal of rush is expected to this small town in Uttar Pradesh, where infrastructure is still in the developing stage.
The one-page advisory on the official Instagram page of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust was accompanied by another one-page information about the Ram Mandir.
While advising devotees to celebrate the inauguration ceremony with great fervor along with their friends and family at home, the temple trust has also invited devotees to visit Ayodhya after the inauguration ceremony.

Sharing the details of the structure, the second note from the temple trust said the 3-storied Ram Mandir has been built in the Nagara style of architecture. The 380-foot-tall temple boast 392 pillars and 44 doors. The temple will have two Garbha Grihas, one each on the ground floor and the first floor. While the Garbha Griha on the ground floor will showcase the infant avatar of Lord Ram, the second one of the first floor will manifest the Ram Darbar.
